Studies have shown that smoking is the most common cause of disorders such as impotence and cancer and can leave the life of the disabled man, besides being the cause of a lot of other respiratory diseases and disorders of the heart. The discoloration of the lips and the darkening of the gums, along with the stains on the teeth and mouth ulcers are frequently observed effects of smoking in men. It is also the main reason for which the arteries that connect with the heart and the male organs is blocked resulting in various disorders of the heart and is also the main cause of other physical and mental problems.

In fact it is known that smoking causes irreparable and irreversible damage in the body. Problems such as impotence and erectile dysfunction can be traced back to the habits of heavy snuff. This is because smoking causes blockage of blood vessels supplying blood to the genitals. While most side effects are common snuff consumption for men and women there are certain side effects that affects men only. Sexual health is the most affected in the case of men, apart from other psychological and physical disorders. It also increases the risk of cancer and various heart diseases and other blows. Another attribute of smoking is the fact that increased levels of anxiety, although the common myth is that smoking is a stress buster. Memory is also affected due to excessive use of snuff as the smoke gradually over time kills brain cells. Smoking is also the main cause of increased nervousness and reduces the levels of sharpness of a person and makes a person forgetful and careless.
