6 essential nutrients Everyone needs to stay healthy

When it comes ultimately there are certain things everyone needs to stay healthy. Most of the time people lack at least one of the essential nutrients, and not eating well or are trying to lose weight so that is not eating enough, or because they simply do not like fruits and vegetables or other foods that provide these nutrients. If you get them in a vitamin or a supplement or food make it six nutrients your body needs to function properly:

1. Vitamins
Vitamins are the fuel the body uses to create new fabrics, new cells, and maintain all systems in the body functioning properly. Without the vitamins that can not survive. Vitamins are essential for life and good
health.

2. Minerals
Minerals often have to take supplements for modern diets do not give people traceminerals your body needs to function properly anymore. 3. Amino Acids

5. Protein
Protein is one of the fundamental pillars of the body. Protein is the main source of energy for the body. Protein also helps build muscle and is essential to help repair the damage the body and maintaining all systems

6. Carbohydrates

your body does need carbs in fact. Carbohydrates that provide energy, and without them you will soon find yourself unable to make even the simplest tasks. In order to have the energy you need to get out of bed every day and work in the world has to eat at least a minimum amount of carbohydrates every day.
